Our prime & most important work is preparation of Agreements. i.e. Agreement for Sale, Second Sale, Purchase of Flat, Shop, Offices, Row Houses, Bunglows & Land etc.
Stamp Duty
Along with the agreements working of necessary stamp duty of each agreements and affixing stamp duty byway of Stamp Paper and / or Franking is our additional job.
Registration
After affixing Stamp Duty and execution of documents registration of the same with the Sub Registrar Offices is our speciality and for the same we try to collect all the necessary papers for registration purpose & also have stock of various papers required to be annexed with the agreement for the registration purpose. To fill the Input Form & Submit for registration is also our subsidiary activities.
Resale
Preparation of resale agreements for Flats, Shops, Offices etc. is our supreme specialities & to execute this work at fast and with at the most care is our main job & for the same we have got expert hands who are supervised through Adv. Tarte and most experienced this field.
Other Jobs
We are also doing preparation of Affidavits, Power of Attorneys, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Society Conveyances and such other jobs along with Registration of Marriage too.
Old Registration
We are specialised in affixing Stamp Duty on Old Documents and the said work we are getting done in Joint Registrar Offices from Thane and Raigad.
M.I.D.C. & CIDCO
To affix the Stamp Duty for M.LD.C. & CIDCO Lease Deeds through Joint District Office is also our job. Moreover its registration also done through ours.
Development Agreement / Tri Party Agreement
An agreement for Sale / Purchase is prepared if it is not ready with the parties, in respect of an existing old property, new property (developed / under development / to be developed). As for preparation of a fresh agreement, advice is given on other related documents that may be required to prepare the agreement. Guidance is also given on the estimated cost of the related property to be purchased / sold, since we are specialized in this field and have all the relevant legal papers treasure e.g. N. A. Permission, 7/12, Extract, Plan Sanction Letter, Completion Certificate, Plan Copy etc ..

Registration of Marriage
Up on receiving all the necessary papers needed for getting a marriage registered, we arrange for registration and get the marriage certificate on the same day of submission of the papers.
